What is a Training Partnership?

Allens Training Pty Ltd is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) which offers Partnerships also known as third party arrangements or co-provider arrangements) to individuals and businesses who are not Registered Training Organisations, to be able to train Nationally Recognised courses on scope. As the RTO, Allens Training Pty Ltd take care of the compliance requirements and accreditation, so we can focus on delivering excellent training to our students.

Are our Trainers required to have a Working With Children check?

Yes. Having a positive notice working with children’s checks meets the expectations of a training company with regard to both working with children’s legislation in each state and ASQA standards.

Can you come to us?

Absolutely we can. Most of our clients prefer training to take place in their workplace. This helps you to save time, money, and reduces admin work.

Am I able to modify my course start date?

Feel free to contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

What are the payment options for the online courses?

To secure your spot we kindly ask for payment upfront. Our booking portal is set up to accept Credit Card payments upon booking completion.

Is it possible to receive an invoice or receipt for my course purchase?

Absolutely. Our training portal allows you to log in and access your courses, upcoming and past, and download any receipts you may need.

How far will you travel for a client?

We are willing to accommodate most requests within NSW. If our trainers are required to travel large distances, a minimum booking requirement needs to be met. Additional costs may apply for long distance bookings.
